I REFER to the report "Legal fees to cost at least RM8,000" (NST, Feb 17). Bar Council president Ragunath Kesavan was quoted as saying that the hike in fees was the cost clients had to pay for efficiency as lawyers now could concentrate only on a few cases at a time.
